Paid two weeks in advance for a Queen suite. Arrived at Holiday Inn and was told Queen suites were all being refurbished and it wasn't their problem I needed a suite all I could have was a Queen room. I booked a room at Hotels.com for the Holiday Inn Manhattan 6th Ave - Chelsea, 125 West 26th Street, New York, NY. I am at goa (india)I am in the hotel now. All day I could only hear hammers beating and drilling. I have stayed everywhere on the globe, it's not like holiday Inn is cheap. Even after I have complained it just doesn't stop. Add comment

I went into your store on center drive in N Charleston SC. to have a 130 copies made and laminated at a cost of 130.00. I told them i would be in the next day to pick them up. TERRIBLE customer service! I made reservations in person weeks prior to arrival. Unable to sleep because the room is extremely bright and front desk did NOTHIGNG.
