Holiday Inn General Manager ruined my daughters 11th birthday

I rented a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Jenks, Oklahoma where I live. I rented the room for myself ,my 2 daughters and a friend of my daughter. I did this as a treat to her, so we could swim, relax and have a girls night out. The next morning at check out, I was helped by a nice young man, who asked if everything was OK . I told him yes and that it was my daughters 11th birthday, at that time a woman stormed out of the office behind him and asked me if we had a birthday party. I said we had a girls night out for my daughters birthday, she spouted back at me in a VERY HATEFUL TONE , well you better hope i don't find one trace of a birthday party in that room or we are going to charge you $200.00. I asked her why and she said we don't allow birthday parties, I said i rented a room with two queen size beds in it, so at least 4 people were staying there. Who cares If the occasion is a birthday. She got VERY RUDE and started to raise her voice I said OK I want you to go with me to inspect the room before we leave, because i left it in the same condition it was in when i rented and i recent the fact that you are accusing me of trashing this room without even looking at it. She became very angry once we got in the elevator and began YELLING and SCREAMING at me. I did not feel comfortable going to the room alone with her and said that I wanted to back and have someone else go with me. I told her I wanted two people to go, all three of us went to the room and they both agreed that it was not harmed. We went back down stairs and I told her that the next time I would stay at the Embassy Suites where we were treated like valued customers and her response to me was, GOOD. I also asked for her bosses number and she gave me the main hotels number which went to her office. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I don't recommended it. She absolutely ruined the whole experience and upset my daughters. All of which she could care less about. I mean I am the consumer, and consumers talk wouldn't a business want to make everyone as happy as they could . Especially in a time where people don't have money to spend.
