Just made a reservation for 2 queen beds at Fultondale, AL Holiday Inn Express on the IHG app. Luckily I called the front desk and got the response "We don't have that room available, our 'inventory' is off." Digital app means your data is accurate and real time.

I have paperwork for a one night stay. I was charged for 1 week. Almost $1200. The GM (Sal) of the North Attleborro location was not apathetic at all. Made it seem like it was no big deal stating it will come off and hung up on me!
