The guy working there at night time he say he tired see me there every day and he dont want I park my car front the hotel

I been at the hotel since April and the guy never respect me and he said today to me he tired see me at the hotel and the room they never cleaned for 3 days and I good guy and I never did anything bad and I good customer with they hotel

Dates are very different in two parts of your app and I am trying to determine that I have reserved for the correct dates

Cancellation

I still haven't been given my refund. Apparently booking.Com is using an email address to someone who has quit and they go no further in verifying any information. They are absolutely incompetent.

User's recommendation: Go directly through the hotel and don't use a3rd party vendor.

Denied me my full refund

Did a reservation thru a 3rd party they got the dates wrong cancel my reservation 30 seconds later and they are not giving me my full refund!

Holiday Inn is next to impossible to deal with.

Getting a refund for one night that we were unable to stay because of a family emergency. It was an impossible task to get a refund.

User's recommendation: Yeah. Don't stay there if you might have an emergency in the family and have to leave. You will be screwed out of your money.

Still waiting to get the matter resolved ridiculous how they take your money in a matter of seconds but give you the run around to retrieve it back

Too much to type

Messed up my reservations adjoining room was promised and reserved so I thought for my special needs daughter and its 7:00 at night my daughter hasnt eaten and Im still waiting for the room almost 2 hours Very nice I will never stay at a holiday inn ever again This happened at another holiday inn when my special need daughter was a baby and now again

Refund policy

I made a reservation through Booking.com. I then cancelled that reservation because plans changed. Apparently there was some kind of error in the transmittal of my cancellation. I was unaware of this and was charged for the room. When I called to explain the situation, Rita the manager told me it was not her problem, I would be charged. I stayed two separate nights before this in two different locations.

Early Lobby closure

Tried to eat in lobby, which manager eventually allowed after at first refusing. Then at 10:45 told us we could not stay any longer. Simply wanted to converse with family In stead of going back to family rooms and being too loud. Walked in with balloons for my daughters birthday upon check in and was asked if I was having a party in my room. First of all, its honestly no ones business if I did Sing happy birthday to my daughter in my room, but I politely responded and told her we would do it in the lobby. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a hotel before.
