Heartless Holiday Inn Katy Texas
Read about Holiday Inn Katy Texas that refused flood evacuees' pets. There can be no excuse for this. I hope the manager rots in ***. Hope people are as rude to him as he is to his guests.

Noisy Holiday Inn stay
Loud party going on in the conference center below my room. Called the front desk finally at 2130 and was told they paid for the conference room until midnight. So I guess they're money matters over mine. Not a great idea to have wall rattling party in a small hotel like this.

Just made a reservation for 2 queen beds at Fultondale, AL Holiday Inn Express on the IHG app. Luckily I called the front desk and got the response "We don't have that room available, our 'inventory' is off." Digital app means your data is accurate and real time.
